Painting the Sky and Atmospheric Cloudscapes
Painting Workshop in the Blue Mountains
27 August 2023
The sky is an ethereal stage of unfolding drama. In this painting workshop, I will teach you my methods to evoke the colours and shifting light, the movement and whimsy of clouds and luminaries.
1 day of tuition for all levels, materials provided
Including lunch, morning & afternoon tea
Nature is ever-changing - a dynamic, mysterious and 'other' world that fascinates and motivates me to constantly explore depicting it with paint. Over the course of the day, I will share my processes and brush-handling skills with you. You will learn about the effects of cool and warm colours, and how to create a sky that subtly vibrates and clouds that hover.
