Blue Gum Forest in Sun Valley

Corinne will lead this guided nature walk and art-making experience through a beautiful Blue Gum forest in the Lower Mountains. Together we will encounter nature and its processes as we pay mindful attention to the environment. Corinne will facilitate each person's unique creative response, whether with traditional art materials, found objects, poetry, film, or bodywork.

Through guided activities and meditations, Corinne will encourage you to explore, be curious, attentive, and playful in your creative expression. As each of us contemplates our encounter with the natural world and in particular the resilience and brilliance in the immediate surroundings, we will open ourselves up to be inspired and informed by the varying forms, colours, energy, and movement, to tap into the wisdom it can offer us.

What’s included?

Some art materials are supplied, however, you can bring your favourite equipment and medium if you wish.

Snacks are provided, BYO drinks.

What to bring?

Bring a hat, a journal and pen/pencil, sunscreen, insect repellant, and something to sit on like a small mat or light folding stool.
