Return and Refund Policy:

If the product is damaged on arrival, it will be replaced at no charge OR either a full refund offered or a credit note provided.

Due to the delicate nature of paper and ink, cotton gloves should be worn when handling giclee prints.

Purchasers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if:

  • they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.

  • the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it

  • they knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before they bought it

  • the problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the business.

If your product is delivered with a major problem, or it later develops a major problem, you will be given a choice of a:

  • a full refund, or

  • replacement of the same type of product.

A major problem means the product you receive:

  • is very different from the description or sample

  • has either one serious problem or several smaller problems that would stop someone buying the product if they knew about them beforehand

  • can’t be used for its normal purpose, or another purpose the consumer told the seller about before they bought it

Refunds should be provided in the same form as the original payment, unless the business and consumer agree otherwise.

A consumer can also choose to keep the product but be compensated for the decreased value caused by the problem.
