Terms and Conditions – Art & Painting Workshops

Corinne Loxton | Blue Mountains Artist | Workshop Facilitator

By booking a place in one of Corinne Loxton’s art workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Workshop places are limited and confirmed only once full payment is received.

2. What’s Included

  • Art materials are provided unless otherwise stated.

  • You are welcome to bring your own brushes or preferred materials.

  • Lunch, drinks, and snacks are included if stated.

  • Please notify Corinne of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Corinne reserves the right to cancel the workshop if minimum enrolments are not met two weeks prior to the workshop date or for circumstances beyond her control. In such cases:

  • You will be offered a place in an alternative workshop or a full refund of all fees paid.

  • If illness or related circumstances prevent your attendance, you will be offered an alternative workshop date if possible.

If you choose to cancel, the following fees apply:

  • 4 weeks or more before the workshop: Full refund

  • Between 2 and 4 weeks before the workshop: 50% refund

  • Less than 2 weeks before the workshop: No refund

4. Attendance & Conduct

  • You are expected to attend the workshop at the scheduled time and location.

  • Please arrive on time and prepared to participate fully.

  • Respectful and considerate behaviour towards the tutor and other participants is expected.

5. Health & Safety

  • By attending, you confirm you are physically able to participate or have advised Corinne of any relevant conditions.

  • Participation is at your own risk. Corinne Loxton is not liable for any injury or loss incurred during the workshop.

  • The Workshop Safety Agreement needs to be signed before participating in the art workshop

6. Intellectual Property

  • All teaching materials and content provided during the workshop remain the intellectual property of Corinne Loxton.

  • Participants retain ownership of any artworks they create.

7. Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure a safe and positive environment, Corinne Loxton accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.
