You may know how to start a painting and which brush to use, but do you feel confident to compose a balanced picture, with the right emphasis and focal point? This workshop will focus on developing your skills in arranging the elements in a picture.

You will learn how to:
• Develop skills in arranging the elements in a picture
• Understand the main compositional techniques and devices
• Use perspective and proportion
• Arrange your palette and use tints and tones
What’s included?
Art materials are supplied, however you can bring your own favourite brushes or colours if you wish.
Afternoon tea is provided

CANCELLATION
I reserve the right to cancel the workshop if minimum enrolments are not reached two weeks prior to the workshop date or for circumstances beyond my control. You will be offered placements in an alternative workshop or a refund of all fees. Should any Covid 19 circumstances result in your non-attendance, you will be offered a place in an alternative workshop.
As I rely on group numbers for this workshop, the following cancellation fees will be charged if you choose to cancel or do not attend:
· On or before 4 weeks prior - FULL REFUND
· On or before 2 weeks prior - 50% of workshop fee
· Less than 2 weeks prior - 100% of workshop fee
