In October 2022 I travelled to the Capertee Valley, 70 km NE of Lithgow to paint. The mountain range surrounds the floodplain on which I mostly stood to paint. This painting was made on a glorious Spring morning in Glen Alice, looking over the sunburned fallow fields.
